Undisclosed Communication between Myburgh & Corpcapital

Early in 1995 communication took place between representatives of Corpcapital and Myburgh in an attempt to persuade Myburgh to file an affidavit on the rebuttal issue. These discussions were not disclosed to Frangos or his legal counsel, and were brought to his attention during court proceedings initiated by Corpcapital against the Minister of Trade and Industry.
